Mill Utility - Spokane, WA
Position Summary:- Support mill needs with sanitation, prep and work PMs on mill repairs. Sub in for 2nd miller vacations.
Job Responsibilities:- Learn 2nd miller job duties fill in for vacations, call-ins.
- Mill sanitation tasks, fix leaks create work orders for mill repairs.
- Work sifters, change rolls, work on Mill Pm's.
- Prep sifter screens (clean, glue new screens and keep inventory)
Required Skills:- Safety/food quality minded, positive attitude, willingness to learn, work team environment,
- Able to communicate via radio, read, write some pc skills, some mechanical skills.
- Climb a ladder, follow instructions and read flow charts.
Education Requirements:Required Experience:- Sanitation, cleaning
- Manufacturing environment
Desired Experience:- Food manufacturing
- Industrial manufacturing environment
- Worked shift schedule

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
