Job Summary
JDP is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Bellevue, WA area!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance activities in the distribution center
- Monitor all PM programs for equipment and facilities
- Act as person in charge in Maintenance Manager absence
- Negotiate parts purchases and terms
- Evaluate cost effective maintenance of facilities
- Work with environmental officers and consultants
- Ensure safe operation of refrigeration systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ year's maintenance experience
- Thorough knowledge of material handling equipment including electrical and combustion
- Strong understanding of distribution construction techniques and methods
- Ability to plan and coordinate DC projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems
- Demonstrate team leadership abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
