Job Summary
The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer in Washington to find a Maintenance Manager for their team, located approximately one hour from Seattle.
Responsibilities:
*Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively
*Ensure all employees are following all OSHA, EPA, USDA regulations
*Direct supervisors and mechanics for all maintenance work to be performed
*Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work
*Assign and direct all PM work orders
*Ensure safe work practices are followed
*Oversee skills training and development of employees
*Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily
*Supervise, train and develop direct reports.
*Participate on lean and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
*10+ years' experience in manufacturing
* 5 years of Maintenance Management experience
*CapEx project experience
*USDA experience is highly preferred
*Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance
*Experience managing salaried personnel (supervisors)
*Food/Beverage/CPG experience is preferred
*Strong analytical ability
*Excellent communication skills
*Proven leadership ability
